Archbishop Elpidophoros Meets with Archimandrite Alexander

On April 1, 2024, Archimandrite Alexander, Vicar of the Slavic Orthodox Vicariate of America and Bishop-elect of Nicopolis, visited the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America in New York to discuss developments in the Vicariate since the last meeting in October of 2023. 

At the audience with His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros, Archimandrite Alexander reviewed the results of the work done over the past six months. Among the topics discussed were the acceptance of the new clergymen to the Vicariate and the development of its parishes. Future goals were also outlined. Archbishop Elpidophoros thanked the Vicar for his work in the continuing development of the Vicariate.
