Brooklyn Cathedral Orthodox Calendar 2020
January 9, 2020The official calendar of Brooklyn Cathedral was released before the beginning of 2020.
In addition to the major feasts and saints of the Church, the St. John the Forerunner & Baptist Cathedral Calendar unites people of various Orthodox ethnicities living in Brooklyn by including saints venerated in America, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, and throughout the world. It also includes days set for commemoration of the dead, fasting periods throughout the year, and special services. Photographs depicting services and parish life decorate the calendar. Information about the social programs of the cathedral is provided as well.
The Brooklyn Cathedral Calendar is available in our Cathedral. A donation towards the needs and decoration of the Cathedral (within each individual’s capacity) is suggested.
